Hopefully getting in shape will put me in a better mood, and yoga itself should be good for my mental state.
CTS-V I spotted today.

I find the idea of bernie sanders doing yoga hilarious
In all seriousness, enjoy!

Yoga helped me in so many ways I am not a yoga hippie but it really is great. Also girls with yoga pants was a distraction.

cool - I have yet to see a new CTS-v in the wild. Good luck with the yoga. (Never did anything for me, but my previous manager loved it so much he is a certified instructor now.)

My wife went to ECC for a while. Parking situation there is as bad any other local college (UW-B, Whatcom, Skagit, EvCC). Does that pass get you anywhere good?

Good for you! But you’d better not post any pics of yourself in yoga pants.

It was a test of my mental discipline to not stare. It also made me work through some body issues even though I wasn’t fat and am even less not fat now I was like “dang she fine...oh wait i have no confidence in myself or how i look” so it did make me try to be positive about myself and though I couldn’t do splits or crazy crap some of the girls could do or thought I looked fat I could do a crap ton of pushups and never gave up and really pushed on through pain or fear of injury or feelings of not being as good as others etc. This sounds wierd but yoga at least for me was more difficult mentally in many ways. Of course being depressed might have made it a bit more difficult.
It also motivated me to date girls who arent fat and have normal butts.

The pass just allows me to park. I still have to get there a couple hours early just to find a spot.

Just be ready for the farting. The farting gets pretty serious. I had to switch to Tai Chi, because farting up a storm in front of 30 smoking hot Yoga girls was not good times.

Does yoga help with depression? I have been stuck trying to get my mind in a better place. Sometimes I am on an up, thinking life is looking good. The next day I spiral back down for weeks at a time until I find some other distraction.

Yes exercise is great for depression. I would recommend it. Also sounds like maybe you should consider medication. It works great.
